You MUST PRINT the parking permit and place it in your window when parking.
DO NOT PARK IN ANY STALLS THAT ARE MARKED “RESERVED” OR “VISITOR”
**If you cannot print the parking permit you may purchase one for $1 (cash only) in the office.**
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
If you’re coming from the North take the I-405 South Frwy. to Long Beach Blvd. exit. Exit 30B Take the Long Beach Blvd. N ramp toward Wardlow Road. Merge onto N. Crest Drive. Turn right onto W. Wardlow Road. Take the 1st left onto Long Beach Blvd. 3777 will be on the left side of the street.
If coming from the South take the I-405 North Frwy to Long Beach Blvd. Exit 30B. Keep right to take the Long Beach Blvd., ramp. Turn slight right onto Long Beach Blvd. 3777 Long Beach will be on the left side of the street.
3777 Long Beach Blvd. is on the corner of Long Beach Blvd. and Bixby Rd.
